Over the weekend, thousands of people in Toulouse - France's 4th largest city - were exposed to a misleading campaign targeting Francois Piquemal, the far-left France Unbowed’s candidate for mayor, ahead of Sunday’s municipal elections. It happened in the middle of France’s election silence period, raising suspicions of foreign interference.
